Quality Control
AMICO Sourcing role is to inspect and report on the quality of goods to ensure that they comply with the pre-determined standards.  In cases where goods fall below the required standards, Sourcing Bali will report to the client to request further action to be taken. In cases where an urgent decision is required, Sourcing Bali will take into consideration all known facts and make a decision whether to accept or reject the products and advise the client accordingly.  As best as possible, we act as your eyes and ears, helping to make sound decisions on your investments.  In all cases, we will endeavour to give detailed information on any products deemed to be suspect, before accepting or rejecting the products.
We at Amico Sourcing take our role as quality controllers very seriously and exercise the utmost diligence and care in respect to this process. As controllers we both inspect and report on the quality of
goods to ensure they meet all predetermined standards set forth and agreed upon between the client and Amico Sourcing.
In the unlikely event, that the goods do not meet the predetermined standards the client will be advised immediately and appropriate actions will be taken on our part to remedy the situation. However, if time constraints are an issue and an urgent decision is required, Amico Sourcing will determine whether or not to receive the goods and then advise the client on all appropriate steps to be taken.
Our role as quality controllers is to be ever present throughout the production process and to make wise and sound decisions on your investment. Regular updates are provided to clients throughout the production process and in all cases we strive to give immediate and detailed information egarding any products deemed to be potentially below standard or otherwise unacceptable before we proceed to receive or reject the aforementioned. Please note, we place nothing of greater importance at Amico Sourcing than ensuring and maintaining the high quality of all our products.

Amico Sourcing’s role is to dialogue between manufacturers and suppliers, research and source new
products as well as suppliers, place orders, monitor production, liaise with client and manufacturers during
production process, provide update reports during production to client, organize the collection and
inspection of all goods, and provide the packaging and labeling of goods in preparation for shipping.

Printing, labeling, branding
Amico Sourcing can assist with all of your customized branding, packaging, and labeling of your goods.

Our Fees
Our fees are based on 10% of all invoices - covering all aspects of the order process.  Prices shown are direct from suppliers / manufactures to you.  Our fees are hard earned as we work to bring you the largest, most stylish range of products we can source, place orders on your behalf and co-ordinate all purchases.

AMICO Sourcing’ s role is to source new product, source suppliers, liaise with manufacturers and suppliers, place orders, schedule payments, monitor production, communicate with clients and suppliers as required, report on progress during production, collect and inspect goods, label, pack and prepare for shipping.
We personally inspect all products prior to final payment and packing. Whilst every effort is made to find all flaws, Amico Sourcing cannot be held responsible for manufacturing flaws, errors in colorings, size variations or production errors.

OUR QUALITY STANDARDS
How we Test
Products are tested for standards of Finish.
Products are tested for standards of construction.
Wood products are tested for a maximum 12%moisture allowance.
Products are tested independently from the manufacturer.
Products are tested for safety
