Orders
A minimum of 50% deposit is required upon receipt of all orders. Final payment prior to completion of goods. Orders will only commence once funds have cleared into the Amico Sourcing account.
Goods will be inspected and collected only once the balances of funds have cleared into the AMICO Sourcing account.

Payment
Payment can be made by Telegraphic Transfer (TT) to the following bank account. (Rupiah) Most banks will not be able to send Rupiah.  You are able to send US$ / AUD$ / NZ$ / EURO / UKP - our bank will automatically covert the funds to Rupiah, based on the exchange rate of the day.

Minimum Orders
A minimum order of US$5000.00 / Rp40,000,000 is required.  Orders less than US$5000.00 are applicable to a US$100.00 order fee. (Exclusive of shipping costs)

Production times
Production times vary according to the volume of goods
and variety of suppliers.  Rule of thumb, allow 6 weeks production for most items (some less) and two weeks to
allow for collection, rejects, replacements, packing and

Upon ordering and purchasing your items, AMICO Sourcing Indonesia will monitor progress and quality during production, collect goods for packing and shipping, and organize pickup for cargo shipping.  AMICO Sourcing Indonesia and the manager assigned to your order maintain the highest level of quality control throughout the complete production process.
At the end of each buying day, we download all images, and consolidate all the new data - ready to review the next day.
All purchase orders are processed thru the AMICO SOURCING accounting and Inventory system M.Y.O.B and all purchase orders are copied to you for your files.
A detailed cash report summary is prepared for each buying trip and any archived files are also readily available upon request. (Also available on line thru this website)
